How to set your email alert preferences

You can choose to select how you want to receive iDeyPay email alerts.

This article shows how to set your email alert preferences.

1. Login.

Visit ideypay.com, or download our Android app, iDeyPay from Google Play Store.

Click  “Login” and provide your login credentials.

2. Go to Profile & Settings.

Once you’re signed in, click on the “My Account” icon then click “Profile & Settings“. Scroll down to “My Settings”.

3. Select options.

Click the checkbox in front of the option you want to enable. Once you have selected your options, click “Update Settings”.

4. Question and Answer.

You will select the option again and provide answer to the question asked, then click “Update Settings” again. The settings will be activated.
