Your Security Questions acts as an extra layer of security for your iDeyPay account.
If you need to change any sensitive information on your iDeyPay profile like bank account, personal details etc, you will be required to provide answer to the security question you enabled.
Click “Login” if you have an account already, or “Sign up” if you don’t have an iDeyPay account.
Once you’re signed in, click on the “My Account” icon then click “Profile & Settings“. Click on “Set or Change” on the same line with “Security Questions”.
Select your preferred questions and provide the answer to each selected question. The questions and answers you provided should be true so that you won’t forget it later.
A verification code will be automatically sent to you email once you select the questions and answers. Provide the code sent to your email in the “Email code” field and click submit.
If you didn’t see the verification code in your email, click on “Generate New Code” to have the code re-sent to your email.
