I can’t remember my email address

If you don’t remember the email address you used on iDeyPay. We can help you remember it if you provide the right information on the recover email page.

1. Visit ideypay.com, then click the ‘Login‘ link at the top of the page.

2. Click “Forgot Email Address?” below captcha (or password field) on the login page.

3. Fill the information correctly on the account recovery page and click “Recover Account”.

4. That’s all, your email address will be provided on the screen.
