Account Information

You can edit or change some information on your iDeyPay profile.

1. Log in to your iDeyPay account

2. Click “My Account” link at the top on your dashboard, then click “Profile & Settings“.

On “My Profile” page, you  can:

  • Set up your security questions
  • Update your name (if your identity is not verified yet)
  • Change your phone number (if your identity is not verified yet)
  • Update your Date of Birth (if your identity is not verified yet)
  • Change your password
  • Update your address
  • Change your profile picture
  • Set up your username
  • Change your bio
  • Verify your identity
  • Add up to four of your bank accounts
  • Enable or Disable your Two-Factor authentication (2FA)
  • Set your email alert preferences
