Deposit to my Naira Wallet was flagged, What should I do?

All deposits to your iDeyPay Naira Wallet should be from a bank account or debit card that belongs to you AND is one of your added “Bank Accounts” on iDeyPay.

In the event that your deposit gets flagged, click on the “Add Bank Account” link on your Profile & Settings page while logged into iDeyPay.

Add the bank account you sent money from, to your iDeyPay profile. Doing this should unflag your deposit and the funds would be credited to your Naira Wallet.

If you add the sending bank account and your Naira Wallet isn’t credited. Please send an email to us at [email protected].

If you don’t own the sending bank account, The sender would need to contact [email protected] with the following information:

  • Bank Statement stamped and signed by their bank.
  • Valid government issued ID card [Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, National ID, Passport]
  • Picture of sender holding ID card and a paper with iDeyPay and today’s date written on it.
