What do I need to buy cryptocurrency?

To buy Bitcoin on iDeyPay, you need to have a fully verified iDeyPay account.

What do I need to sell cryptocurrency?

To sell cryptocurrency on iDeyPay, you need to have an iDeyPay account with your bank account details added to your account.

What happens if I sell cryptocurrency and don’t get a credit alert from my bank?

Your Naira wallet will be credited immediately you sell bitcoin and perfect money while your bank account will be credited if you sell Ethereum.

What happens if I buy cryptocurrency but it doesn’t reflect in my Wallet balance?

If you make a purchase and your iDeyPay Bitcoin Wallet doesn’t get credited in 30 minutes, please send an email to [email protected] or on any of our social media channels.

Can I buy/sell cryptocurrency on iDeyPay if I don’t have an account?

No, you can’t. You need to have an iDeyPay account to be able to trade cryptocurrency on iDeyPay.
